Established Client Follow-up

For returning clients after an initial visit. Sessions may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Active Release Techniques, myofascial work, or a combination based on your needs. 60 to 90 minute appointment.
Lymphatic + Mobility Session
$160
For established clients who benefit from both whole system lymphatic drainage and targeted mobility work. Combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Active Release Techniques to address swelling, tissue restriction, and movement discomfort. Perfect for athletes. 90 minute appointment.
Integrative Massage for Sensitive Systems

Active Release Techniques Tune-Up
