Follow-Up Sessions

For returning clients after an initial visit. Sessions may include Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Active Release Techniques, myofascial work, or a combination based on your needs. 60 to 90 minute appointment.

Lymphatic + Mobility Session

$160

For established clients who benefit from both whole system lymphatic drainage and targeted mobility work. Combines Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Active Release Techniques to address swelling, tissue restriction, and movement discomfort. 90 minute appointment.

Myofascial Massage

$110-$160

For established clients who simply want a traditional massage session focused on muscle tension, mobility, and general maintenance. 60 to 90minute appointment.

Active Release Techniques Tune-Up

$70

A shorter, focused ART session for established clients who want targeted work on a specific area. 30 minute appointment.

Appointment times include intake and dressing.
